What payment methods do you accept?

Do you offer free shipping?

  • Yes, we offer free shipping within the USA.

How long does it take to process and deliver orders?

  • Processing Period: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from order confirmation.
  • Non-Processing Days: Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • Cutoff Time: 117:00 PM (GMT+01:00) Central European Standard Time (Amsterdam). Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 3-5 business days.

    What is your return policy?

    • You can return your unwanted products for 30 days after receiving them. You do however need to pay for the return costs. Unless the item is damaged or you received the wrong items, those we will replace for free. You can find our return policy here.

    • You can return your items and place a new order.

    What if i receive the wrong product?

    • We will replace these free of charge.

    • Once we receive your returned item, you will get refunded within 14 days.

    • No, we only ship our products to the USA for the time being.
